Mind2Achieve Kim Dawson

As an athlete and academic, Kim understands first-hand the pressure to perform. From marathons to triathlons, volleyball to national soccer, lecturing to research, Kim has developed and practiced the Mind2Achieve methods she shares with her clients to achieve success.

 

An expert in the field of Sport Psychlogy, Kim has been a contributor to CBC, Canadian Running Magazine and various other news sources. She enjoys finding effective solutions and supporting people in their quest to overcome their own mental stumbling blocks.

 

Kim received a Masters in exercise science (University of Illinois) and a Doctorate in psychomotor behaviour (University of Waterloo). She is a Professor of Kinesology and Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University, a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association, and a mental skills provider with the Canadian Sport Institute (Ontario).
